Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Generally, orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may take 7-14 business days.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations. If your address falls under these restrictions, we will notify you and provide alternative shipping options if possible.

8. Address Issues and Order Cancellations

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing your products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
